Hi, I’m Sarah Glenn, founder of Lactation Station & More. I’m a wife, mother of seven, and grandmother to eleven, and for more than 35 years I’ve devoted my life to walking beside women and families in the perinatal journey. I began my career teaching childbirth, attending births, supporting breastfeeding, and assisting midwives. Over time I expanded my training to include perinatal mental health counseling, IBCLC certification, newborn care specialist, and perinatal yoga instructor. I’m dedicated to supporting women in every facet of life—encouraging, empowering, and guiding through classes, one-on-one consultations, pre- and postnatal care, and virtual visits. My work is rooted in the belief that families deserve research-based knowledge delivered with compassion.

Originally from CT, I moved south to attend and play soccer at College of Charleston. I’ve lived in Mount Pleasant since 2010 with my husband Matt. During my career, I’ve had the amazing opportunity to work with local mothers, babies, and families in numerous roles and settings as a volunteer, student, doula, and nurse. As a mother of 3 young children, I’ve also experienced the excitement and challenges of pregnancy and the postpartum periods. I feel honored to support families during this precious, yet fragile time. In my free time, I love being active, trying new recipes, and taking my kids to all of their activities! We also have two dogs - Nemo (a Shih Tzu), and Murphy (a Vizsla)!
